Pricing

Small: 2-3 layers of ribbon (less full)

Medium: 4-5 layers of ribbon (full)

Large: 6+ layers of ribbon (very full)

Example Order: 

• Large bow (£12)

• With busy decoration (+£1.50)

• With double hanging decoration (+£1.00)

• With centre piece decoration (+£1.00)

• Total = £15.50 (£7.75 deposit) + postage

Charges

Colours are checked with you before I begin making the bow, so please make sure you're happy with them. You will incur a charge that equals the price of the bow if you decide to change the colour scheme in any way. Bows cannot be taken apart due to the glue used so once the ribbon is stuck, it's stuck.

Same charge (equal to the price of the bow) applies to removals or changes made to any decorations (for example, hanging chain, centre piece, gems etc). This is because the decorations cannot be removed/changed without damaging the ribbon, and therefore the bow will have to be remade entirely. 

If you do not tell me which decorations you dislike on the order form, e.g. preference to gold or silver, I'll assume you have looked at my other works and are happy for me to design at my own discretion.

Payment

Paypal is the most acceptable form of payment. All payments are made through Goods & Services. If you cannot pay via Paypal, please let me know so that a unique listing can be created for you on the website. If you choose to pay this way, you must pay the order in full, including postage.

You will be required to pay a deposit of 50% of the price of the bow. You are welcome to pay the full price of the bow (plus postage if you wish), instead of only the deposit if you prefer to pay in one instalment.

Once you have paid the deposit, it is non-refundable, even if you change your mind so please be mindful of this. You can back out of your order at any time before you pay the deposit. If you back out of your order after the deposit has been paid, you will lose your deposit.

Shipping

Be mindful of postage costs when placing your order! I use the exact costs from Royal Mail, so feel free to ask me to check what postage will cost you BEFORE you pay a deposit. If you live outside of the UK, postage could get expensive. I advise checking postage costs before ordering.

Placing an Order

First submit an order form. Please read the entire form carefully after considering these Terms and Conditions, and answer the questions as best as you can so that I can do a good job!

Once your form is submitted, I will contact you to confirm the order and you will be expected to pay the deposit. I will not begin working on your order until the deposit has been paid.

Afterwards, I will discuss your chosen colour scheme and ask any questions I have about your order form. Don't worry; if I feel that I do not have anything suitable I will let you know BEFORE you pay the deposit, so you can decide whether you're happy to wait for me to source something great.

I will communicate with you regularly throughout the process. How often I make contact with you during the creation process depends on the complexity of your order. I will let you know when your order has been made and send you some photographs/videos of your completed order modelled on a lightstick. Please allow 7-14 days from the date you pay your deposit for the bow to be made.

Finally, I will request the remainder of the payment plus postage cost, and let you know when your order will be shipped! You will have 72 hours from when I inform you that your order is complete to pay the remainder of your bill, plus postage cost, so make sure you're able to pay when submitting an order form. I will send you a polite reminder after 48 hours. After 72 hours I will contact you to let you know that your order has been cancelled. At this point, you will lose your bow (which will be placed for sale on the website) and deposit, and I have the right to refuse future orders from you.

Please be kind and courteous when communicating with me. I will cease communications with anyone who cannot communicate politely and patiently.
