- Shipping to: UK, Europe (EU & non-EU), Asia, USA, Australia
- Items from Oddinent are shipped only through Royal Mail.
- Shipping prices are calculated via Royal Mail website.
- I aim to ship every Monday and Thursday after 5pm, so you have up until that time on the respective days to have your item shipped.
Refunds & Returns
- I advise that you record a clear video when you unpack your order, and begin the video by showing all sides of the package before you unseal it. If you claim there is an issue with your order (e.g. there is an item missing) I will not be able to assist you fully, unless you can provide the video.
- I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages. In the event that your package is lost or damaged, Royal Mail will need to be contacted. Often these issues cannot be resolved unless you paid for tracked shipping.
- I am one person running a small business that sells handmade items so all purchases are final. No refunds/returns will be issued unless an item is damaged when it is delivered, in which case Royal Mail will be contacted in the first instance. If Royal Mail cannot provide compensation, I will only issue a refund once you have provided me with an acceptable unpacking video and have returned the item to me.
